Due to health safety and hygiene guidelines, consumable items (like loose herbs, seeds, and spices) or opened hair and skin products cannot be returned or exchanged once their primary safety seals are compromised.

If your order arrives compromised or damaged due to courier mishandling, take a clear mobile photo of the outer box and items and notify our desk within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement free of cost.
